specific probiotic strains
I've had a list growing for a while of specific probiotic strains to help combat candida/reverse effects of antibiotics
So far I've tried kefir and do well with it, but it doesn't seem to implant. I do well with all of the prebiotics like onion and insoluble fibers.
S. boulardi, nothing much happened.
L. salivarus seemed to work as advertised and helps to chew up intestinal waste, but it's been a while since I took it. It may have implanted since I'm in a constant detox with waste already coming out.
store bough acidophilus, nothing much happened, I'm better off with kefir.
gluten will sometimes destroy my flora, sometimes not, depending on the form of it - pasta or good quality bread.
The ones that have caught my eye so far are:
b subtilis
l.Johnsoni
b infantis
Can anyone add to this list before I make a bulk purchase?
