They are at it again! Here's a posting for Marina Del Rey
and the payment information on file.

We will mail key to your current address, you can pay the deposit now and the rent when you are ready to move in."

This Donald and Sue Hepner had me sign a lease agreement and acted like the owners of 4141 Glencoe Avenue Unit #303, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292

They advertised they're ad in Bakers Field California in the headline they put:
"for rent now posted by owner ..."

All I can say is anyplace I am renting will be with me seeing it visually in person or walking in at least shaking someones hand. Not just sending money or direct depositing without some form of security.

This is a classic scam and fraud and believable to some extent cause it seems natural for property owners to rent to tenants and potentially be out of the area owning investment properties... Be careful is all I can say. "Craigslist Scam Susan Hepner"
