kidney at 20% (after renal failure)

hey guys,

i've had renal failure 2 years ago because of an obstruction in the urethra, and my left kidney is damaged - the doctors have been saying that the kidney is smaller and only around 20% function, and the urine isn't coming out properly, it's been around 20% since the renal failure, they are saying nothing is changed.

do you guys have any idea if i can do anything to make it better?

i've been taking iodine, potassium iodide, Colloidal Silver , blood electrification, baking soda, oregano oil, cayenne pepper tincture, all kinds of stuff :)

what happens with the adrenals if they remove the kidney, can i still live with one kidney without any problems?
