Parasite/Candida testing

Hi,
I've been on NB since April 2012 now, and have gotten worse the whole time, as my entire 7 years of AF so far.
A few months ago, I ordered the Dr. Clark 3-item protocol (wormwood, cloves...etc) and did one coffee enema one time at about Day 15 of the protocol and I saw smt that looked like a part of a worm in the toilet.

I'm pretty convinced I have either parasites OR candida as chronic infection (for specific reasons), either being underlying causes/complementary, whatever. But I'm pretty sure it's not AF alone.
I've been waiting on my humaworm order for like a month, still isn't here, these guys are absolutely tuuuurrrrible.

Anyways, *MY QUESTION*:
I'm going to France this summer and I'd like to know HOW I can assess whether a specific clinic/lab is truly efficient in stool analysis to find either parasites or candida.

General hospitals will analyze my stool and go "no, you're good, nothing there" as they have here in Qatar.

P.S.:
some of the reasons I may have candida:

intolerance for bread and old cheese specifically. I'll feel much worse eating those than chocolate for e.g.
Beer too, but not as bad, though I feel like I just drank 5 liters from just a 33cl.
Bad breath, rectal itching, trouble falling asleep, bloating/gas/stomach internal movements the whole day...etc.
