Re: Lots of brown spots after liver flush!! Help!

Hi- I have had the same experience. I did the liver cleanse in the book "The Plan" and shortly thereafter I got a lot of big and small liver spots all over. The picture provided looks just like my arm.

I am guessing that its some detox reaction and that it will fade as I cleanse more.
Anyone with any suggestions/advice?
