Candida can be a great teacher. The problem with a lot of folks is that they are poor as students. If you are willing to learn about cause and effect and make the necessary changes long term, you will come out on top. Time learning cause and effect is never wasted my friend, you have now learned that caprylic acid and you need to be very careful indeed. Yet I know of many patients who have beaten Candida because of it.
