Dandruff and Thinning hair

If one were to follow the hair restoration protocol (applying plant oils 6 nights a week), would this address dandruff as well? Also, in MH's My Teachers section, it states to use the Hormonal Balance capsules for thinning hair. I've seen suggested amounts (to start with) for LBB, but what would be a suggested amount for the HB capsules?

I'm currently in the process of beginning a pre-cleanse, then will do a OJ fast and possibly take the Russian zapper, and continue to take LBB to get my elmination system in proper working order. But the hair thing interests me and dandruff seems to be present with thinning hair so I was wondering if dandruff would go away with the hair restoration protocol.
