Mercury Toxicity/detox. Amalgam removal affects on male reproductive system and getting pregnant.
I was seeing if anyone has experience with this or has found any information. My story quickly, I'm a 35 year old male with a one year old healthy soon. It took us 2 1/2 years to get pregnant. My son is healthy, and I say that only because at the time I didn't realize mercury was probably my issue. Two weeks ago, I had 6
Amalgam fillings removed and I'm detoxing pretty heavily now. 6 weeks prior to removal, I changed diet to no yeast diet or sugar, lost 25 lbs, and now I've turned up dial on detox. Did proper removal of fillings with approved mercury free dentist and detox guidance by my naturepath/nutritionist. My question though I'd tied directly to my mercury levels and any potential affects to the 2nd baby we are trying to have. All the research I have found talks of lower sperm count and put mobility which I had with trying for first baby, but since I know I'm toxic now and I'm detoxing so stirring it up by chelating is making this worse our better. Anyone have experience with this, or has found research? My best guess from what I read is it lowers my sperm count and mobility, but if a healthy sperm gets through then it's okay and it won't be mercury toxic. I'm guessing over the next year my fertility will just get better, but will mercury affect new baby if it does transfer over especially since I'm stirring it up? Not the same case for women from what I read, thankful wife had no amalgam. Sorry for typos, done on phone. Any thoughts?
