my teeth too - the emanual seems to melt away

On both the Master Cleanse and the OJ Fast, my teeth get very sensative.

The acid from the orange juice and lemons (on the MC) seem to remove the emanual on my teeth and they get very sensative. But I am not expert.

Last year when I did a M.C., I started drinking my "lemonaide" through a straw. The MC is much harder on my teeth then the OJ fast.

On the OJ fast, I don't use a straw, but do swish/rinse my teeth with a little water afer every glass.

This seems to help me.
