I am an avid weightlifter. I have had shoulder injuries over the years. Nothing serious. Usually a week off and ice does the trick. For the past couple of months my shoulder will not stop hurting. I can do any push movement and no feel pain (push ups, bench press etc). If I try to do a pull movement like pull ups it gets real tight and hurts. What could this be? I feel like if there was a tear I would always feel it.
