Hi Health82- Your Na/K ratio is really very good at 3 and your levels aren't that bad either. Don't know what your Calcium level is. I was told by several practitioners that the ratio's are more important than the actual levels.

Dr. Wilson feels that the potassium in fruits are not the best form for the body to consume. He feels the best form of potassium is found in vegetables.

Your levels will rise over time as long as you are eliminating stressors and following the diet and correct supplements.
