Mercury toxicity, food allergies, leaky gut, mold, lyme

is there a connection between the mercury toxicity from metal fillings, lyme disease, mold, food allergies , etc? What is the role of pre-detox before filling removal to ensure the kidneys, lymphatics, liver, etc are prepared for chelation? Is that why many people get sicker after the fillings are removed?

Does the dentist usually go over the risks before the procedure? Mine did. Can anyone share with me their story? I am trying to learn after being misdiagnosed for months, for a condition that has been building up for so many years. It almost seems criminal that these metal fillings and too much fish consumption can lead to such toxicity and illness.

Please share. Is anyone pureeing their food because chewing adds to the mercury exposure? How do you cope? what do you do? I need to hear about how you detox and what that experience is like? How do you know when you are ready to have the first filling removed.
