I understand the dilemma you face. I faced the same a dozen years or so ago.

I chose to remove the RC's., leaving gaps between some of my teeth. I refused to get implants because they were metal, and the ceramic implants were fairly new and not perfected at that time.

There's a chance that some if not all of your RC,s also have amalgam which will leach out along with the bacteria into your blood stream to travel around your body attacking wherever the weak link in your system is. It's a tough decision, but I still would have them removed if I had it to do all over again.  Good luck
