Rather than re-infecting you with adult Tapeworms in your intestine this scenario would cause more larval cysts (cysticercosis) around your body. Well, ICU's Tapeworm protocol recommends to then take Praziquantel + Albendazole immediately afterwards, which should deal with this problem.

I believe she recommends Nilcosamide at first is so you pass any Tapeworm whole and so know when the scolex leaves your body (praziquantel causes it to dissolve so you would not know), and also because Praziquantel first could initially cause seizures if you were suffering from neurocysticercosis.
