I have the same batch, 419732. I have just begun NB a few weeks ago and so this is the only batch I have used. I am only taking 1/2 a tablet 3x per day. But now that you have mentioned it, I am feeling dizzy often when I stand up from a lying down position. I thought it was just part of the process. I do not have the anxiety. I was planning to up my dose to 1 per meal this week. I will wait. What is the dosage you are taking? Looking forward to hearing what your practitioner can find out.
