While I can't speak for others, I'd say that I wouldn't take a chance by mixing Miracle-Mineral-Supplement with other treatments myself. And I base this on the fact that in the unlikely event that your treatment could either fail or that your health deteriorates, that you will likely never know if this was due to interference from the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement or the Antibiotic treatment.

That being said, I know for a fact that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement can and does interact with certain medications(ie. antihistamines) and so I guess there's that to consider as well.
