Lualu- Is it possible that you view the weekend in a different way? Sometimes we can have an aversion to specific days of the week. As an example I never liked Sundays. As children we were taught that this was a day of rest and worship and we couldn't shop, work etc, etc,. There was an oppressive feeling in the house as both of my parents were home on Sundays.

I carried these beliefs into my adult life and often felt very depressed and low energy on Sundays. This may have nothing to do with you but possibly there is something that you have never thought of before.

Do you look forward to the weekend or dread it?
