yep a little, but even before that all my life I always ate lots of "goitrogens" and never got a goitre. I'm starting to think this whole "goitrogen" shenanigan is hokum. Articles everywhere talk about "goitrogens" whereas I haven't yet seen one of them mention any particular compounds found in such foods that are allegedly goitrogenic. They all use the word in a general sense, and that is all.
