Re: oregano / bird flue / emts in the u.s.a.

let me add to this that those in the city will be held in place quite easily due to the interstate highway system. look at the map at this link:

http://www.kckcvb.org/images/map1.gif

this is the highway system in kansas city. notice how interstate 35 runs through the downtown area running northeas and south west. then notice interstate 435. this highway runs in a circle around kansas city. it is generally outside the main concentration of population. and unlike 35 running through the town, it has tremendously wide corridors and hundreds of feet of easement. a single armored humvee could patrol for several miles either side of them simultaneously and keep that up to a thousand yards of no mans land secure. in other words, these bypass routes around every major city are the cutoff lines for restraining the population and quaranteeing whole cities. and they are used to move vehicles and troops easily and quickly. and like with kansas city, if the population begins to spread out of these bounds too far and too numerous, as it is east of 435 on the east side, then they simply build andother parimeter. in this case, it is called 470/291 which encompasses raytown, independence and lees summit area upt to interstate 70, which runs east to st louis.

pay attention. because if there ever is a biological emergency in this country and you are in the effected area and live within one of these interstate loops, you are not going anywhere. the problems of a great amount of population contained in a small area will remain contained. count on it. this is why the truly wealthy all have country homes far from the beaten path. they know better than to expose themselves to such a nightmare.
