How to tell if Iodine is the radioactive or just normal Lugols

Will the bottle of Iodine say if it is radioactive or non radioactive? I have medisca Lugol's Solution USP (strong iodine solution) For RX compounding Caution: May cause irritation to skin, eyes, mucous membranes and respiratory tract. May be harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through skin. Thats quite the warning. I am at a point where I strongly believe I need Iodine but all the information out there makes it scary to take. I have read that you can become Hyper, Hypo, or cause nodules in the thyroid and even get Hashimoto's disease from taking Iodine. Geeze this seems so scary. Also some people recommend starting slow by putting 1 drop in water and drinking only part of the water and working my way up. I believe Brownstein says 6.25mg ( 1 drop of Lugols 5% ) is fine to start with. What should I do any recommendations to put me at ease while I embark on this journey of Iodine. Below are my symptoms: -Tingling in shoulders and arms (almost like a numbness) -Overly cold -Losing hair on scalp, eyebrows, and eyelashes, for the past year -Dry skin -Eczema -Fatigue -Low energy -Brain fog (could just be age but the my brain isnt what it was 5 years ago) (I am a 31 year old male) -Acne (mild) Thanks in advance Rob
