I did not try to say his protocol was bad...sorry if it was understood that way. Im from Mexico and maybe my wording was not good. Its a different approach but i just hated that he scared me so much made me cry and felt hopeless!! Im already in a bad emotional state..did not need that at all.
He told me on the phone call that if i continued taking what i was taking with no supervision ( vit b5, c, selenium, magnesium, b12, ubiquinol) it was going to be helpful in the beginning but i was going to crash bad :(
