Healing2021: When you were on the immunosuppressive drug (can't remember which one it was, Cy..something?), did your doctor say/think that it would actually cure EC or that the symptoms would (if it had worked) have come back once off the treatment?

I haven't researched immunosuppressive drugs in detail, but just like people who need to take them after organ transplants, I would suspect that in order for the symptoms to "stay away" one would need to actually stay on the treatment.

Similarly, I would think that a drug like Imuran would be (if it did have an effect) a way to control the symptoms, not get rid off EC (not saying that getting rid off the symptoms is a bad thing of course).

What did your doctor say about that?
