Somebody say 90 billion not enough?? What a complete joke. It is more important to look at factors that account for a good intestinal environment (and more importantly, the ability of this internal environment to support a good colony of beneficials), rather than purely looking at the number of beneficials you swallow, a very simplistic view. Too many folks worry about "taking billions of bacteria" at the expense of WHAT they are putting those bugs into.
Ten billion is more than enough as a dose, especially if you have a high quality and viable product. Unfortunately, when GMP came into practice in USA, over half the probiotic products assayed showed NO viability whatsoever.
