No, I would think that to be very difficult. Micro-organisms can inhibit each other in ways that modern pharmacy could only dream of. Antibiotics on the other hand would have no problem, except for the rapidly developing antibiotic-resistant strains. Pathogenic bacteria have many of the same facilities as fungal candida.
