Healed my Thyroid through water fasting

Okay everyone...I got the news this morning. I did it ... I healed my Hashimotos.

It started last year in March 2012 I did an extended fast and stopped taking my Synthroid.

I spent the past 13 months doing Water Fasts between 5 - 10 days. I did not take my synthroid during this time frame.

Last year April 2012 my TSH = 5.29
Today's lab results TSH = 2.2 (normal range is 0.5-4.5)

So my TSH is now within the normal range.

I am so happy with Water Fasting I can't explain my excitement. I look forward to more continued health benefits.

Now it's onto cellulite and stretchmarks...!
