2 dropper fulls of 35% in evian bottled water(nothing special)just enough water for 2 swishes.

I did 4x a day for about a week when it was bad!


my gums were receding and teeth were breaking and falling out(really sore and depressing)

After 2 weeks of h202 there is no more pain and my gums feel very good and strong.
