External use of vco causes exteme die off

If I use vco externally I get massive die off/ liver congestion. I can eat it so it is not an allergy. It doesn't happen when I eat it. I am beginning to wonder if I don't have skin cancer or elsewhere...no insurance so diagnosis isn't possible. I have been eating redmond clay which has cured the constipation and lechithin for the gallbladder pain. Jaundice is much much better. Yesterday I put int on for a sunburn and just like clockwork glassy red eyes, congestion brain fog, lethergy and this morning small white globs in the toilet. I know it is killing the yeast but why only when I put it on?
