How I see it is that the dose of Iodine taken is very low, compared to what most do at this forum forum. Even my cat get one mg or two a day :)

The symptoms listed is very likely a magnesium deficiency, maybe brought forth of the little prolamine (not familiar with this iodine, I would switch to Lugols or SSKI )
