Galbladder area pain

Can anyone recommend some ideas for galbladder pain?


Anything to avoid complication. Yesterday I think i may have passed a fluke, mushroom like thing in the bathroom and the galbladder area has been painful since last night - right side area a little bit up and in the back.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Also guessing lemon water and garlic should be ok to keep on taking,
