New here and need help with swelling & FBD

The messages I posted before got buried.

I have been taking:
25 mg for six months
50 mg. for two months
then up to 100mg. for three months

I had some thyroid swelling for a few days when I bumped it up to 50mg but it went away. Now all of a sudden I have it all the time. I'm on 3 grains of NDT. No hyper sx, feel like I could use more of it.

Stopped all iodine. Just took one drop of Nascent and my thyroid feels full again. Not sure what I should do.

I have fbd that gives me pain during menses and I want it GONE.

Yes companion nutrients. I'm not sure if I should go up with selenium though? I take 200-400mcg per day. I have had eight mercury fillings removed with safe protocol five years ago.

The FBD resolved on one side and now other side has a fibro cyst which is getting bigger. I paint Iodine occasionally it doesn't seem to do much of anything ( Lugol's 5%) when I'm religious about it.

I should go ask on the other forum about protein digesting enzymes maybe.

As far as health goes: hypothyroid symptoms and overweight, I'm 42. Eat no processed foods, refined Sugar or soy.

UPDATE: I took no Iodine for a few days and selenium only - thyroid pain & swelling. I am now taking 50mg of iodine/day only, no selenium, no thyroid problems.

What the heck?!
