I need advice on switching laxatives...Uny or Anyone

Hi Uny, I need to switch from IF#1 to something less irritating to my irritable bowel. Someone said Dr. Schulze has a milder one that is liquid. I will try it unless you know of something better. I'm sure it is also because I am overloaded with candida. My intestines are extremely bloated most of the time. I also spend way too much time in the bathroom. Of course, all of these problems have worsened since I have a rectocele. I may have to have surgery for that some day, but I feel like it would be useless right now unless I get my gut working better than it is OR I would end up with the same problem all over again. I also feel the same way you do about surgery.

I have been taking homemade milk kefir for two months but wish I could take more. I limit myself to six tablespoons per day b/c the bloating is much worse if I take any more than that. Bloating and intestinal problems keep me from sleeping. I usually can't get enough sleep without anything causing me more trouble. If I can't increase my dose, should I add in any antifungals(natural of course) or would that be as bad or even worse than too much kefir? Also, would it work to take two different kinds such as also eating homemade sauerkraut?

Part of my problem with the IF#1 is that I take just a bit more than one capsule per day divided in two doses. It is hard to know exactly how much I have measured out. When my intestines are so irritated all the time, it is hard to sleep and I know that if I can sleep a few hours that it will probably wake me up when it moves into a more irritating portion of my intestines.

Maybe part of the sleep problem is due to adrenals. I think that there is also a connection with my high blood pressure.

Is there any other natural type laxative that I should try. I remember reading in the past about okra pepsin.

Thank you for reading. Any suggestions appreciated.
