Liver cleanse, dental work, herbal parasite cleanse or zapping first?

I apologize ahead of time as this may be a long post.

I've been reading Dr. Clark's " The Cure For All Diseases " and find it very interesting and helpful. I wish I could contact her and be a patient of hers.

I have various symptoms of discomfort in various areas of body. I also need dental work and feel that the start of all my ills are due to my first root canal some 20 years ago ( i'm now 57 ).Since then i had a cyst in the roof of my mouth removed and 3 or 4 more root canals, one stent placed in the main heart artery. I was in great health before the cyst was removed and the subsequent root canals and caps.

With the 1st root canal, there is a black outline at the gum-line of that tooth which is probably diseased. I've a dentist consult next Tuesday though this is not the dentist I would prefer, but may be within my budget for the time being. He does believe in NO METAL in the mouth so that's a good sign.

I'm in discomfort daily and have been to many doctors and all tests coming back ( thankfully )negative except for my LDL cholesterol levels which are high according to my cardiologist. I do NOT take any statins or drug. I've much anxiety about the pains I feel in my arms, chest hips, legs, etc. i've been experiencing slight discomfort under my left breast bone and sometimes pain under my arms in the meaty part of the armpit, towards the back ( i've complained about this for about 4 years now with no answers from the MDs )

I also have GERD , been diagnosed with the beginnings of Barretts esophagus, hiatus hernia and tourettes syndrome (10 years old). I am getting DESPERATE and know i need a cleanse but with money very tight and dental work needed ( i also want all metal taken out and whatever else the dentist suggests ) would it be a waste of time and effort if i did the liver cleanse WITHOUT having dental work done FIRST? OR BETTER YET, WHICH WOULD BE BEST TO FOCUS ON FIRST?

It will be months before i'm able to have all dental work completed and i'm tired of being in such daily discomfort which has turned me into a grumpy and depressed hubby to a woman so undeserving of my issues.

LONG ISLAND NY, has very few holistic dentists and the one expert i found way out east is expensive though will be worth it. Being on a limited income, i'm prepared to spend it all with this dentist just to get my teeth done.
I NEED HELP/ADVICE AND I NEED IT YESTERDAY..PLEASE!
