Not all is vitamin c even if the label says so, simply ascorbic acid is not vitamin c, and can even kill beneficial bacteria in the gut, that was bit shocking to me when i read about it,as i been using this ascorbic acid crystalline powder for some time...i think it`s time to skip that and go to all natural original vitamin c , my favorite is camu camu powder, it`s not cheap thought and thats why i was using ascorbic acid.
