Yes! Wooippie my experience with copper dumps was the same! I would get manic, at times angry, and set towards world domination.

So yes, Blistering, that is a sign of a copper dump, but that is not the only possibility so be careful. You might try molybendum and vit. C to see if you get the same reaction, if so it might be the copper (as moly and C also chelate it), but if only zinc bothers you it could mean that zinc itself causes you problems?

But i'd bet its a copper dump. It's best to dump copper gradually as well, so don't overdo it.
