I'm very tempted to work with you, but I'm currently on a treatment and need to find out whether I "have candida" or not...

LAST QUICK QUESTION (PLEASE ! :p):
isn't the eating old cheese, immediately feeling all symptoms 5x worse, feeling like I'm burning inside (or very very hot) a huge give-away for candida ?

-along with not tolerating bread and beer specifically out of all foods...
