Most people do not know how many nutrients we do get from the sun. If you are out in the sun there are so many benefits. Burning is not considered healthy - that to me is a no brainer; and moderation here is what should be noted.
Sunshades or sun glasses, if you are driving or doing some work that requires no glare or reduced brightness to get the job done wear them otherwise there is no need. Sun is excellent for good eye health.
