I am probably the last person to ask about pain and insomnia - I have had huge problems with both and have tried just about everything. Best natural thing I have found for pain by far is Kratom and I seem to have some success with insomnia by drinking a herbal tea mix. I think it may include calendula.
If it were me, I would stick with it for a few more days and then if there were no improvement discontinue it and see if that makes a difference.
If you don't already use it, I highly recommend colloidal gold. It has helped many with arthritis and joint pain and has the added benefit of making you have a better mood and focus. Lu and I love it!
