The results from the study show that nearly everyone is "deficient" in iodine. The test is flawed. The loading test assumes that the Iodine consumed and not excreted accumulates in the body. This is not true. You can see the results of my loading test study here.
Remember that they are recommending Iodoral (which they have invested in) to those who are "deficient".
There are undoubtedly benefits to taking both iodine/iodide, but I wouldn't recommend using the Iodine loading test to determine how much you should take or whether you have reached whole body Iodine sufficiency.
