Want to fill the entire top of your toilet bowl with those things coming out of you...? (better out than in) Then start the Salt/Vit. C protocol....they will be floating there before you know it. Top that salt C off with a heavy dose of habanero peppers and raw garlic (if you can handle it) and you will see even 2X the amount out of you and in the toilet. Sometimes they will come out with the very first serving of Salt and Vit. C. About 3-5 grams of each...good unrefined Sea Salt and even less than great Ascorbic acid powder dissolved in about 6 ozs. of water and bam, you might be hitting the toilet before you know it. Sometimes it takes a few days in a row of salt / C before you are on the toilet...
