Oh, and I've been on a strict diet for a long time - no grains or rice - buckwheat, coconut flour, rice bran flour, veg, some chicken and fish
I take coconut oil, black seed oil and probiotics. Been doing plain water, baking soda and coffee enemas for a month now - 2 or three days in a row on a weekend.
Just did a liver cleanse last night and eliminated a tonne of stones (I worry my liver is very out of shape since I haven't had a brown BM in months!)
