I have no experience with progesterone but I know that taking vitex which is meant to increase progesterone made me worse......so I guess just be ready for it to make things worse.

Is the progesterone meant to make you ovulate better or something? It seems hard to understand how taking something at the part of your cycle where you feel ok anyway will improve the part of your cycle when you arnt feeling great.....

Let us know if it works. Is the progesterone in a different form to the mirena progesterone? there is no way I would touch that stuff again.

I take it your estrogen levels were fine?
