Kind of weird (tmi)

I had Implanon since July of 2012. I had it removed on Monday, and Mirena inserted that same Wednesday. It's Saturday today, and when I showered, I noticed something inside of my vagina. I felt, and got a little out at a time, kind of like toilet paper texture. I got a hard clump, similar to a blood clot, then a fleshy tissue like thing out. It was about 5-6 inches long, and I have no idea what it is. I've never had anything like that before in the 12 years I've had my period. Has anyone experienced this? It's freaking me out a little. I was expecting the coffee ground stuff, which I haven't experienced. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Tweet
