I think I got ripped off

I wanted to try Lugol's 5% Iodine for my goiter and parasites, and I ordered from a company called Noriche on eBay. As soon as I got it out of the bottle, I could see something was wrong. It was way too pale in color. I put a drop on my skin and it barely made a stain, which disappeared within an hour.

The instructions say to use 3-5 drops a day, so I'm thinking I was actually sent 2% with a label that says 5%. I've already contacted the seller through eBay, but I'm very disappointed, as I don't know how to take this now.

I know I'm deficient, but I put 3 drops on my arm, and it disappeared within an hour. Just put another one on (it hardly made a stain) and it's already gone.

I'm so angry. Can someone please recommend a good seller with reasonable prices?
