i've been so much healthier since i embarked on the alternative health journey- and it is depressing that suddenly i have shingles again.

could this be a 'healing crisis?'

since i started zapping, the shingles went away immediately and never came back (i have been having shingles off and on for six years- docs say i just have a 'low immunity,')

what now? i'm so depressed...

will coQ10 help?
