I agree 100% that fresh garlic, pineapple, papaya (and seeds), pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, and cayenne work SO WELL! I am having great results using these same herbs and spices!! Especially Cayenne...I drink 1 cup of hot water, half of a lemon, 1 teaspoon of cayenne, and Sea Salt a day. I am also on the Nutritional Balancing Program which is very effective.
