Not to mention the diarreah that may come to you at day 5 ... this is usually when the body is using the leftover byproducts in the large intestine for food, so that stuff is being broken down.
I have found the best way to break a fast is on broth or squeezed OJ because for some reason it doesn't cause me to have diarreah. No matter how long or short the fast ... if I break on some other food I get a horrible stomach ache.
