Thank you so much for posting this. I am experiencing acute scattering for first time ever. I haven't come across any solutions yet, but have been wondering and searching if hot yoga would be effective in at least reducing the load. This is the longest I have ever gone without practicing, and seemingly the worst I have ever felt. Hmm...connection? I took an extremely hot bath the other night with epsom and ginger, but I think I got more disorientated than they did. It's a very interesting article, not to mention enlightening.
I've had a low temp for years. And I've had fevers often for the past month or so...last night actually.
I'm going to start taking my temp and see how it changes! --Since I am on the front end of a super aggressive, regimented journey with these fools.
