Hey guys. Im 18, (freshly 18, by the way! Birthday was last weekend.) im 205 lbs, 5'5", female. and i want to change my life by losing weight. Im just going to try water fasting. Say on the chance that it works well with me and i lose 60-80 lbs (not all in one go, but you know.) will fasting prevent loose skin, HELP me get loose skin, or is it neutral? Id like to avoid loose skin, obviously. :) thanks for any info!
