Re: McCombs Candida Questions: epsom salts, glutamine, Candida Zapper, blood electrification, sweat baths

--) I'm on a very tight budget. Generic epsom salts are very cheap, but I'm sure the Masada Salts and Mustard Bath have additional benefits beyond regular epsom salt. Could you give an estimate of how much more effective those two are compared to typical epsom salts?

As far as the Plan is concerned, the epsom salts will work just as well. You can forgo the use of salts, as sweating in a hot bath is all that's needed.

--) L-Glutamine, as far as I know, is a powerful immune booster and promotes the construction of immune system cells. It also helps repair the insestinal tract. Is it allowed on the McCombs plan and if so, what's the maximum dose allowed?

Using Glutamine is fine.

--) I have a Candida Zapper device that outputs electrical pulses at 464hz and 30.3khz. (link below) Assuming that I'm extra-diligent with the elimination aspects of the plan, is it OK to use? Also, it seems the research demonstrates an effect on the yeast form of candida. But do you know of any research about the effect of those frequencies upon the fungal form?

I don't know why the literature doesn't measure an affect on the fungal form. Some people don't differentiate between forms.

--) I also have both the Sota Magnetic Pulser and the Sota Silver Pulser. The Silver Pulser is dual-use device: you can create colloidal silver or use it as a blood electrification device. Since colloidal silver is an antibiotic, I would only use it as a blood electrifier. Assuming I'm diligent with my sweat/poo/pee elimination protocols, is blood electrification and/or magnetic pulsing beneficial while on the plan?

That should be okay to use.

--) I'm 6'4", so when I'm in the tub, I can either sit up straight and submerge my long legs, or I can lie down, knees bent and submerge most of my torso. Since I'm interested in accelerating the detox process anyway, would it be advisable to have two 30-minute bath-sweat sessions per day?

You could definitely do that or alternate your position back and forth in a bath.

One for the torso and one for the legs, separated by 12 hours. (I've recently started getting blemishes on my legs, so I suspect my body is already trying to detox via leg skin anyway.)
