Re: Can fruitarians do liver flushes??
I've done MANY
Liver Flushes (probably more than 25). The two first times no stones came out. Third time, brown stones, probably a hundred or more. Then green stones started to come out of me by thousands. And then one day, nothing no more, for many consecutive flushes. 2 years after I went back to
Liver Flushing after being on a low fat diet for so long, and stones again.
I've expulsed some of these stones with beet juice or
coffee enemas alone. Nothing to do with olive oil.
If you submit these stones for analysis, they will tell you it is not gallstones, because the
Gallstones they know about, those that show on X-ray or the like are calcified ones. Those green stones are just mostly solidified bile (and you don't see bile on X-ray do you?), but they impair your bile flow and liver function the same way calcified stones do.
This is what I've experienced. But if this is not enough to convince you, read DR Schulze work and watch his videos. He had most of his sick patients do weekly liver flushes.
